Steve Wachs, Partner
As company founder in 2001, Steve brings the longest tenure of the group. Through the years Steve has worked diligently to hone our marketers’ skills and the quality of our product we provide. Steve’s primary function is client relationships and business development. He works closely with our clients to insure that our clients’ campaigns are successful.

A graduate of Miami University, Steve still resides in his native Cincinnati and enjoys playing golf, basketball and being with his family.
John S. DiMauro, Partner
As a partner in the company, John is responsible for client relationships and business development. With more than 15 years of experience building strong client relationships, primarily in the banking industry, this is a wonderful fit for a hands-on partner.

John graduated from Indiana University and enjoys playing hockey, golf, tennis and traveling with his family.
Jerry Jenkins, Call Center Manager
Since joining Lead Source Call Center in 2006, Jerry has been the company’s Call Center Manager. With more than 15 years of management and marketing experience, Jerry brings a proven record of service and results to our clients. Further, Jerry’s experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator in the state of Ohio gives him a keen understanding of the needs of our clients in the mortgage and financial service industries.
“I pride myself on providing our clients with a quality product and outstanding customer service. I have seen our company grow from a non automated, outbound telemarketing center to a fully automated inbound and outbound marketing center specializing in both business to business and business to consumer campaigns, as well as market research and analysis. A graduate of Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts, Jerry Completed his post graduate work at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. |
